Political Skill Trees

Description
Replaces the generic tree with 6 trees respective to the 6 political parties.

Skill trees:
Industrialist:
1:+1/2 Industry per pop on system
+7/15% Ship health on fleet
2:+5 Approval per strategic deposits on system
+5/10% Industry on system, +8/15 Maximum system manpower on system, -5/-10% Industry cost on empire (Senator skill)
3: ESG hero skill
+25%/50% Efficiency against squadrons on fleet, +15/30% Hull plating absorption on fleet
4:+1/2 Strategic deposit value

Scientist:
1:+1/2 Science per pop on system
+7/15% Shield health on fleet
2:+5 Approval per cold planets on system
+5/10% Science on system, +8/15 Maximum system manpower on system, -6/-12% Science cost on the science and exploration quadrant on empire (Senator skill)
3: ESG hero skill
+25%/50% Efficiency against squadrons on fleet, +15/30% Shield absorption on fleet
4:+1.25/2.5% Science and Dust per anomalies on system

Pacifist:
1:+1/2 Dust per pop on system
-2/4% Fleet upkeep on fleet
2.5/5% Evasion on fleet
2:+5 Approval per luxury deposits on system
ESG defense skill
3: ESG hero skill
+25%/50% Efficiency against squadrons on fleet, +2.5/5 Science and Dust per destroyed CP on fleet
4:+1/2 Luxury deposit value

Ecologist:
1:+1/2 Food per pop on system
1/2% Health regeneration on fleet
2:+5 Approval per anomalies on system
+5/10% initial planet output on system, +8/15 Maximum system manpower on system, 3/6% initial planet output on empire (Senator skill)
3: ESG hero skill
+25%/50% Efficiency against squadrons on fleet, +1.5/3% Maximum ship manpower on fleet
4:+1.25/2.5% Industry and Food per anomalies on system

Religious:
1:+1/2 Influence per pop on system
+25/50% Experience per turn, +25/50% Experience from battles
2:+15 Approval
+5/10% Influence on system, +8/15 Maximum system manpower on system, -6/12% Law upkeep on empire (Senator skill)
3: ESG hero skill
+25%/50% Efficiency against squadrons on fleet, 10/20% repair after battle on fleet, 5 Influence per destroyed CP on fleet
4:25/50% Senator effect multiplier.

Militarist:
1:+1/2 empire manpower per pop on system, 7/15 maximum system manpower per pop on system
+7/15% Damage on fleet
2:+10 Approval from expansion on system
+15/30% Bombardment damage on defense on system, +8/15 Maximum system manpower on system, +15/30% Ground battle manpower limit
3: ESG hero skill, ESG squadron skill
4:+3/7.5 Empire manpower per system manpower

Also changes some hero affiliations to avoid repeats and be more lore accurate:
Sophon hero Ahririnn Turlemmoz changed from pacifist to ecologist (to prevent 2 sophon heroes from being clones and makes it more lore accurate)
UE: Oleg Lagarin Scientist to Pacifist (adds a UE pacifist hero, prevents there being 2 UE scientists and makes it more lore accurate)
Lena Zelevas Pacifist to Religious (more lore accurate)
Unfallen: Lunabarxes Councelor to Seeker (more lore accurate)
Craver Risto Libera Industrialist to Pacifist (Prevents there being 2 craver industrialist heroes)
Oroyo Ner Freed Pacifist to Scientist (less lore inaccurate)
Systers: Justicar Jyde Parcha Pacifist to Religious (more lore accurate, probably)
Nakalim: Yr Mel Kara Ecologist to Scientist (adds a Nakalim scientist hero, prevents there being 2 Nakalim ecologists and makes it more lore accurate)
Amoeba: Ay Seer 1.2Gado Ecologist to Scientist (more lore accurate)
Illo: Tlikkit Goktok Pacifist to Religious (more lore accurate)
Baryxio: Fore Sagazh Jabble Industrialist to Scientist (more lore accurate)
Plocyno: Burra Techseeker Pacifist to Ecologist (more lore accurate)

Yes, I've just noticed this whilst trying to see if I could make a merged version myself.
But damn that looks like a lot of manual replacing.

The section that determines which ship a hero uses is the same as the one that determines which skill tree is used

I feel dumb for overlooking this, but it's the mods that alter the hero ships.
I thought the ships and the skill trees would be separate files, but giving this conflict, I guess not?
I don't suppose a compatible version could be made? Or should I ask the other modmaker for the ships?

I've got a bigger modlist and tried a lot of combinations, turning off almost everything, can't figure out why I cannot get this to work.
The coloured skill icons mod works.
I've got ESG and it is loaded after ESG, there must be another mod that is affecting skill trees I guess?
I place this one very high up in the list and it still seems to get overwritten.
Does the load order not affect this mod?

ESG adds a third "class based" innate (HeroSkillInnateOverseer etc) to various heroes, which this mod currently reverts - any plan to forward it through?

Doesn't seem to work. Tested it alone too. Game crashes at launch, "A serious error has occurred. ..."
