Introduction
Use the table of contents to the right to jump to the Ending you want to get information on. The endings will be in chronological order from the first ending you can get to the very last one.
A Forewarning...
Before you begin, you need to realize that there are a few things you cannot do if you want to get all endings. If you do the things listed below, you will default to that ending no matter what. That means, if you want all endings, you're going to need to play through the game again in the relevant chapters to adjust stats or paths. Thankfully there is a Chapters option that will allow you to skip to that chapter in the Save menu once you've completed the game the first time! You'll need to use that a lot.

Ensure Graff does mediocre or terrible on his exams. Otherwise you will default to the Drumer ending.

Ensure that you're not that close to Graff, otherwise it will default to the Slumer ending, assuming your Violence is less than 80%.

If your Violence is higher than 80%, you'll default to the Fall ending.

Ensure R.J. is still alive. Else it will lead to either the Rupture or Fight Together endings, depending on your choice later on.
Till the End of Time

Chapter 6 - Graff (Results)
When you enter the Hacker Back Streets Squealers will ambush you. Use this opportunity to Fight them off!
Drumer

Chapter 2 - Graff (First Exam)
Ace the exam. If you do it quickly, you gain 2 extra points.

Chapter 2 - Brok (Escape from Jail)
Take less than 15 minutes to escape from jail.

Chapter 2 - Graff (Science Fair)
You need to successfully repair your own Invention or sabotage Klay and Stubot's inventions.

Chapter 3 - Brok (Hacker and Police Department)
Agree to the Director's request and fulfill it.

Chapter 3 - Graff (Bunker Alone)
You need to successfully solve all puzzles in the Bunker.

Chapter 4 - Graff (Bunker with Klay)
Unless you're exceptionally good with the sound mini-game, it's better to volunteer to be chained up. Assuming that your friendship is Klay is high enough, he will ace the trial for the both of you giving you the Excellent rank you need.

Chapter 4 - Graff (Final Trial)
Solve all the puzzles inside the Museum without running out of time.

With all of those completed, you're on your way to the Drumer ending!
Rupture

Chapter 5 - Brok (Escort Dr. Gherkin)
First, you need to have R.J. die in during this chapter. To accomplish this, be cruel to R.J. Use violence against him. At a certain point in the said chapter after talking to the Hacker, Dr. Gherkin will be missing and R.J. will be unconscious on the ground. Go after Dr. Gherkin.

A little later in the chapter, you will confirm that R.J. is indeed dead.

Chapter 6 - Graff (Kidnapped)
When Dee asks you to, tell her that you will Save the Slums with her. You will then be on your way to the Rupture ending.
Fight Together

Chapter 6 Graff - (Kidnapped)
The walkthrough to get this ending is very similar to Rupture, but instead of going to Save the Slums with Dee, opt to Save Graff instead.
Broken Detective

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
Simply put, when you're interrogating Wes, use up all of your chances to fail and you will get the Broken Detective ending.
Fall

It can be really difficult to be violent enough in the playthrough to be able to trigger this ending, but here's a guide on how to do so:

Chapter 1
Beat up Graff (yes, seriously) until he retreats into his room, and then break down Graff's door. Beat up the Cleaning Bot with your firsts. When Tramp is being attacked by Squealers, fight them off, and then kill Tramp yourself. Destroy the keypad leading into Sin's apartment. Kill Bolt. When dealing with the Tribot Cop, kill him. Jump on the manhole. Cross the landmines. Fight the Squealers. Fight Sin. Denounce Sin. Don't pay your bill.

Chapter 2 - Brok (Investigation)
Either be quiet or give Wes silly answers during the interrogation. When he asks you if you've killed someone, say yes.

Chapter 2 - Brok (Escape from Jail)
Fight R.J. Trigger the alarm. Take longer than 15 minutes to escape. Don't cheer Sin up.

Chapter 2 - Graff (Science Fair)
Punch Klay. Go Nuts and break everyone's invention. Fight off the Drone threatening the goose.

Chapter 2 - (End of Day)
Make an awful meal (Cat Fur, Ants and Goat Cheese will do). Fight Dee again when she asks you do. In Brok's nightmare, kill all Tribots.

Chapter 3 - Brok (Hacker and Police Department)
Wes is your first priority. Say yes to Director's request. Beat up R.J. outside Hacker's. Beat Up Hacker. Don't give chip to Director. Kill the Blind Tribot. Knock Ott out. Punch Wes' computer.

Chapter 3 - Graff (Bunker Alone)
Don't do a single puzzle.

Chapter 4 - Brok (Murder Investigation)
Break down Dr. Mink's door. Beat up Dr. Mink.

Chapter 4 - Brok (Bunker with Klay)
Hang outside the Bunker until your HP reaches zero.

Chapter 4 - (End of Day)
Ensure you don't have a Toxout Pill in your inventory - if you do, discard it through the Pipe-mail in either Chapter 1 or 2. Give Graff something awful, such as Cat Fur. Don't bother finding materials for Shay. In the VR arena, fight R.J. and then take the option to punch him.

Chapter 5 - Graff (Final Trial)
Either quit early or wait out an entire hour without solving a single puzzle. Punch Ott a few times. Kill Stubot in the Concussion Center.

Chapter 5 - Brok (Escort Dr. Gherkin)
Break down the door. Fight your way to the Pipe-mail in Border Post 001. Go to the Pharmacy in Drumer Street to pick up your daily Toxout Pill. Push the Squealer into the pit. Be sure to give R.J. the Toxout Pill, he needs it to stay alive.

Chapter 6 - Brok (Escape from Bunker)
Volunteer to fight while Dee handles the puzzle. Fight your way out of the Bunker. When rescuing Sin, go for brute force.

Chapter 6 - Graff (Kidnapped)
Tell the Chief you will save everyone else, and then fight your way out.

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
Successfully interrogate Wes. Have Dee die. Fight Wes and his Huge Robot normally. Give Wes either a normal (I hate you, piece of junk!) or a silly (I love you, Wes!) answer. If your violence is high enough, you'll kill Chief Squealer and enter the Fall ending.
Slumer

Chapter 1
If you want, you can give Graff some allowance at the very beginning of the game. Also, be sure to grab the Pred Toy that's stuck in the steel wire fence above where Brok and Graff lives. You'll need it later.

Be sure to pick up a Toxout Pill from the Pharmacy in Drumer Street. You'll need it later as well.

Chapter 2 - Brok (Escape from Jail)
Escape from jail in less than 15 minutes.

Chapter 2 - (End of Day)
Tell Graff the truth of what happened. Make an excellent meal for the both of you (I went with Antburger, Helios Energy Drink and Goat Cheese). If you're on the right path, Graff will have a selfie with you.

During Brok's nightmare, capture the Tribots. Then carefully go around the mines to rescue child Graff. He will be grateful for it.

Chapter 3 - Brok (Hacker and Police Department)
Meet the Director at the Center of Concussions. Agree to her request. Once you have completed her request by giving her the chip she needs, you're all set for this chapter. Graff will be touched that you did all of this for him.

Chapter 4 - Brok (Murder Investigation)
Do the investigation and indict Tidy. This will impress both Graff and Ott later on in the story.

Chapter 4 - (End of Day)
Graff will gain bonus points if you have a Toxout Pill in your inventory. Tell him the truth, and give him the Pred Toy you picked up in Chapter 1. When Graff is writing a letter to Brok, choose to forgive him.

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
When Wes asks you if you have any last words, ask him not to harm Graff.

With all of that done, you should be on your way to the Slumer ending.

Diary

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
Go into the room in Shay's Garage where the VR machine used to be. There is a locked drawer next to the bed. You will need to unlock it and read the Diary within. The passcode is 35298.

This will lead you to the Diary ending.
Out of Loop

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
Uncover the time machine and set it up. Then leave Shay's Garage. Yes, leave. It will lead you to the Out of Loop ending.
Cynical

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
Break the time machine after you've set it up and you will go to the Cynical ending.
Canonical

Chapter 6 - (End of Day)
Enter the time machine once you've set it all up. Enjoy your Canonical ending that follows!

I got broken detective for my first go mainly because I couldn't remember all the clues and although I solved a lot of the problems with knowledge mainly I sometimes need to rely on hints to nudge me in the right direction I did happen to get it twice by the way but on the second one I just alt + F4 but I got the Rupture ending on my second go and I know this guide will help out forgetting the rest of those endings as considering the only games I have 100% that are changed smasher and tribal hunter also I might as well mention I ended up discovering thanks to me being on the call with a friend RJ doesn't have to be dead or alive you just have to bring ott during the finale (and yes I know my pronunciation sucks it's always been terrible I use speech to text)

I got the Rupture ending for my natural playthrough it seems like a nice enough ending apart from brok being crippled forever. Just gonna watch all the endings online. starting watching the canonical ending it seems worse than the one I got

I've got the Slumer ending without getting off the jail under 15 minutes and giving Graff the Pred Toy. I also said "I love you Wes" just for lulz))

Cutting every knot (puzzle) that isn't made of titanium (absolutely mandatory) and being a general jerk isn't enough for the fall ending?

I mean essentially keeping your brains at 0 or lower.

R.J. doesn't have to die to get the Eupture ending. Ingot it in my first playthrough with 0 named character deaths. I don't know exacly what else changed to get it though.
I had Graff and Ott sneak out together (wobble over to Ott's room, untie each other, then slip out without getting seen). If I changed that to sneak attack the chief, then a scene played when going up the ladder and gave me the Slummer ending.

EDIT: according to the Summary chart, the Fall Ending requires 80% or more Violence level, that's it.

FYI for the "Fall" Ending (a.k.a. max. violence route), you don't have to beat up Graff or Ott. Managed to get 91% Violence (199 vs 20 pts) while also making good relationship choices between Brok & Graff.

(Too bad their relationship is all for naught in the Fall Ending. Ouch, my heart...)

I obtained Drummer ending with Graff chained up at Chapter 4 too, but Graff did an excellent score in Chapter 4, and didn't get penalty later as Brok tricked out of prison and arrived at Science Fair on time
