圣龙 凌天 为震旦添加一位全新传奇事务官

（拜托各位给几个赞吧，现在评分太少分数上不去很难受，虽然我的初衷是自己玩得爽，但分享出来没想到那么多人关注订阅了，那么我也会持续更新的。）

10.18更新内容：，本次并未更新，但由于游戏版本更新至2.2版本后，官方修改了ai对于事务官的使用方式，现在ai极大概率会将凌天放置到军队中，如果您不想被凌天干碎那么建议您在不使用震旦的时候将此mod关闭。

10.07更新内容：1.降低了龙息冷却时间从45s降低至25s
2.增加了见龙还箭的持续时间从20s增加至30s
3.毁灭龙渊伤害由5点破甲伤害提升至10点破甲伤害，让这个技能更对得起他的cd以及负面效果。

9.21更新内容：1.为凌天的四神装备全部添加了独特技能。
2.为凌天单独添加了见龙还箭技能可以在技能树中看到。
3.提高了恶念爆发的伤害。

为震旦添加了一名全新的事务官 圣龙 凌天 你能够在你游戏开始后的招募池中看到他。

凌天拥有五个及其强大而且独特的龙系技能以及四件独有神器，他有着比妙影和昭明更加强大的化龙决，但作为代价他有较高的维护费用与招募费且只能招募一名。

你也可以在自定义战斗在找到带有神器技能却没有神器属性的他。

如果你使用了双倍技能点，我也为他制作了专门的空白技能点，用来清空你的多余技能点。

该mod与部分mod有冲突，如果出现没有模型的bug或是卡死就是冲突了。

建议使用创意工坊的WH3 Mod Manager mod管理器来启动游戏能有效避免很多冲突问题，至于mod管理器的使用方法大家就自行翻译或者百度查询一下吧。

如果您订阅过这个mod以前的版本可能需要取消后重新订阅。

更新内容：此次更新将他凌天从精英单位改为了传奇事务官，并对他的属性进行了平衡，现在的他虽然依旧强大，但对于游戏平衡性的影响也远小于之前的精英单位了，也就是说他不再是不可战胜的存在了。

A new affairs officer Shenglong Lingtian has been added to Sinian. You can see him in the recruitment pool after your game starts.



Ling Tian has five powerful and unique dragon skills and four unique artifacts. He has a more powerful dragon turn than Miaoying and Zhaoming, but at the expense of high maintenance and recruitment fees, he can only recruit one.


You can also find him with artifact skills but no artifact attributes in custom battles.


If you use double skill points, I also make special blank skill points for him to empty your extra skill points.
