Realistic Charge

Description
With this mod i try to make cavalry, monster and chariot charges more realistic.

- Units no longer fly away on collision
- Cavalry charges won't go as far through a enemy formation anymore
- Knocked down units will stay down a little bit longer

Compatibility:
It should be compatible with everything (it will most likely override changes done by other mods). It can be added/removed savely mid-game.

Details:
Modified kv_rules_table
- collision_speed_delta_threshold_knocked_flying: 10,5 -> 20


And some other timer changes for better charge handling.

@Platoonterror absolutely, and demonstratably, false. Knock down giving units, especially shattered units, survivabilty has been an issue since WH1. Compare this to earlier TW titles where running down units with cavalry was a good way to annihilate fleeing models.

Instead what you get with vanilla is just units taking pitiful amounts of damage being knocked down repetitively, where as by contrast Lords who are immune to knock down actually can get killed faster because by standing they can get hit more readily.

I am exactly sure on how or if collision damage works in melee. From my understanding lord's (and monsters) like taurox and nakai when in melee means in a way that they will also deal more damage to the entity's that are hit by those animations that send entity's flying correct?
