Usable Skooma SENT

Gives the player speed and health to replicate what Skooma does in Oblivion (Couldn't figure out increased damage so extra health will suffice.). There is an overdose feature allowing the player to consume four Skooma before overdosing and dying. The overdose feature is reset if the player dies or if one minute passes, then you are allowed to take more Skooma. You are also warned before you overdose and whenever you can take more. The effects of Skooma stack so after 4 potions the player is given a total of 40 health and almost triple speed. I made this addon very modular so a server owner can edit the settings very easily.

Skooma is a potion produced from moon sugar. It is a highly addictive narcotic drug, and its users pass through bouts of euphoria followed by protracted lethargy.
