Tzeentch Cultist - Yellow Line Skills

Updated for 2.2.0 (Immortal Empires)
This mod adds the default hero combat skill line to the Cultist skill options.

This mod does not contain any unique balance changes and the skills added are the same as other melee-capable heroes.
