Unfortunately, I'm not sure what I can do about it. and when you talked about "all mods" you meant only about mods that change dialogs?
This is a simple mod and unfortunately there is nothing to polish here... just add or rewrite my mod on top of your installed mods.
Try to raise this mod above others on list when u start game

thanks for responding a year later the thing you said is true if you disable ALL the mods the mod does work i would really love if you polish it out tho because the idea of making your own "rebellion" seems cool to me

Just checked, everything works as i intended.
Maybe there are some conflicts with other mods... which somehow affects the dialogues, in my opinion it is very unlikely.
And remember that the chance of this dialogue occurring is 15%, but I have 3 dialogues from this camp. I think you should definitely find 2 on average per camp, mb more mb less its rng.
