The Ephemeral

Description
A blind oracle betrayed by a cult long ago...a specter that now haunts the Spire, seeking vengeance. You may not be able to see, but you can see the future! Use ghostly cards that vanish completely after a few uses, and manipulate fate to exact your revenge.

Please note: by default, you cannot view the Draw or Discard piles. In the main menu, if you go to Mods -> The Ephemeral -> click Config -> you will be able to re-enable viewing those piles if you want. There is also a setting to reverse the order of the Revealed cards if that is more intuitive for you.

The Ephemeral is a playable mod character with the following:
* 77 cards
* 11 relics
* 3 potions

Ephemeral themes:
* Augury keyword: see the top X cards of your draw pile in order
* Manipulating the top of your draw pile
* Fated keyword: trigger a stronger or additional effect for the first Fated card played each turn
* Vanishing keyword: exhausts when played and counts down; when the counter reaches zero, the card is removed from your deck
* Entropy keyword: playing an Entropy card increases the damage and block of ALL Entropy cards for the rest of combat

I made a fork off your git (sorry if I spammed you by the way! I'm not sure what I'm doing on github, I'm mostly figuring out the coding by trial and error), and I've been testing balance changes myself. I realize this may break localization, but I'm mostly just doing this for myself and the others who play the mod on our Discord (also only one major thing changed that wasn't a number, and that was changing Kismet to damage instead of block, which I feel is a pretty easy localization fix).

I'm happy to work with you and if you have any particular ideas. For now I just wanted to give myself a project.

Thoughtfully made! Not quite casual-friendly enough for me, but i appreciate how the mechanics fit together. Some good ideas here!

I'm glad of that. I should also note that [Entropy] is too powerful a theme, maybe it's worth reworking it into a buff that will decrease by 1 every turn, by analogy with [Augury].

Blind Fury is coded so that it cannot play another copy of Blind Fury, preventing the easy infinite. I'm sorry for the confusion.

If you have only two attacks in the deck and both are "blind fury", then you will get an infinite loop. I don't think that's a good thing.

It was an interaction between the Linen Veil relic and the reversed view option for the previewed cards. I have just pushed a fix for that, hopefully you're all sorted now. Sorry about that!
