Распакуйте архивы и запустите мод-менеджер. Далее жмём на вкладку "добавить мод", и добавляем файл со свободной камерой.

Unpack the archives and run the mod manager. Next, click on the "add mod" tab, and add a file with a free camera.

Запускаем игру и уже в ней нажимаем F11. Готово, вы летаете. Камера не имеет коллизии. Но будьте осторожны: иногда персонаж следует за камерой, поэтому лучше оставить его в безопасном месте (например, при подъёме по лестнице). Кроме того, при полёте отмечаются здания и "чумные сердца", так что это можно использовать в качестве разведки.
