Better Tainted Bethany / Lemegeton

描述
Ever had an annoying Lemegeton wisp of something like Soy Milk or Tiny Planet ruing your blast of a run? With this mod, this could be fixed!
For a penalty of 1 damage you can get rid of any wisp you don't want to see and keep enjoying your run!

Now when you have at least 1 Lemegeton wisp, a hand with appear in the floor's starting room. The hand would hold an item that is always changing (Glitched Crown-style), but you can hold Ctrl to make it stop. Upon touching a hand, wisps of the same item will get removed for your character, and you'll get a 1 hit of damage.
By default this feature is exclusive for t.Bethany, but it could be changed in Mod Config Menu. With MCM you can also make penaly more harsh or even completely remove it.

Mod also comes with a new Tainted Bethany Birthright effect, which makes the hand reroll wisps instead of simply removing them.

"something like Soy Milk" Many look forward to finding Soy Milk in a T-Beth run, as it doesn't have a downside like other items

Dark Hand can't remove Telebombs wisp from Fiend Folio and my console reports an error:

This is a cool concept, but I agree about the size of the hand and its placement being a bit off the mark.

thanks! sadly because of how custom crawlspaces work making something like this could cause incompatibilities with mods that add a lot of new rooms (fiend folio for example), so I don't think I'm gonna add that
