Description
Why? 
Did you ever found yourself in a close quarters naval engagement?
If so you probably noticed that the UEC cheaped on the main 160mm naval gun on your carrier, not installing a stabalizer. Whilst being perfectly suited for shore bombardment when the carrier assumes a stationary position, it spread makes it almost unusable in a naval engagement. In such a situation you probably don't want to become stationary.

With this mod the UEC finally got around to installing a gun stabilizer on the carrier gun.
This has two effects:
If stationary the gun becomes pin point accurate. Beneficial to minimize collateral damage to friendly units
and if moving even at top speeds the spread is in reasonable limits to allow effective deployment against enemy naval craft.

!! NOTE !!:
These improvements also take effect to enemy units fielding the 160mm naval gun system. This should be taken into consideration when attacking.


TL:DR
Makes the 160mm naval gun system much more accurate to allow effective use even if the carrier is moving.

@KingSolomon I am not quite sure what you are getting at.
The mod decreases the maximum amount of dispersion the 160mm gun ordinarily has.
This is especially noticeable whilst moving, because moving aggressively makes dispersion worse, but now it can't go up that high.
And this is also true for AI Vehicles. They also become more accurate.

enemy ai uses the same attachment as the player so it will work with ai
