Appearance Tweaks: Paladins

Description
Adds some variation to the paladin's appearance for Bretonnia by adding 3 new heads and changing a fourth. Also recolours their Armour to be black/gold, or black/silver.

To do: I'm experimenting with adding in more colour variations for different sub factions. As it is, right now most are Black/White combinations
