Step 1:
Select the move building button

Step 2:
Select the builddings you want to delete

Step 3:
Select the delete building button

Step 4:
Delete the selection

You can also hold CTRL to select only buildings or SHIFT to select only flooring for the purposes of moving or deleting them all at once.
