Can you make a version that isn't a permanent duration but lasts the standard 90 seconds except it recharges so can be activated an unlimited amount of times for 90 seconds? Maybe I'm not explaining it well! So... it activates and ends after 90, then more stuff has to get killed (same amount as before), and repeat

@ArchAnge1LT Agreed with the HE comparison; as a further point to that, even the metric on top of the screen for the DE sometimes is still purple after the effect runs out, so the permanent murderous prowess feels more natural. You could say there is even a lore reasoning for the permanent duration, given events like Death Night (hours if not days of slaughter).

I hadn't considered the 0.4% calculation. I noticed you'd also nerfed the leadership buff, which was reasonable. The only extreme thing here is DE having perfect vigor for the remainder of the battle, which widens the balance gap they would have with their foes the longer the fight lasts, hence I felt the perfect vigor was too powerful

@Mede i can tone it down, but when you compare it to HE for example, they start with an advantage, and most of the time don't even lose it till battle is over (with new 25% health rule) and DE only gain it when the battle is pretty much towards the end.

If say i would make it 0.4%, it would take 250 seconds to reach 100% vigour from 0. That is 4 minutes. Battles sometimes last not that long.

I'll make separate mod, sure, but it would be a nerf to do it less than 0.5% tbh.
