S.L.A.M. Low Ammo Warning Sound Fix

Description

Fixes the S.L.A.M. randomly playing the "low ammo warning" sound when you switch to it.

Note:

This mod is already included with my Vanilla Half-Life 2 Crosshair mod, so if you're subscribed to that one, you should remove this one.
