Reduces the vanilla map item spawns
Options:

• You can adjust the modifier for the map spawn chance reduction (Defualt is 0.2(MEANS 5X less maps))
  
• Option to debug into a file so you can see exactly what values were found and changed
  
• Option to remove all vanilla louisville maps

Works with more maps mod, and recommended to play with that mod
The more maps mod adds louisville maps which are named, the louisville maps in the vanilla game are not named and therefor confusing to use.
BY DEFAULT: Vanilla louisville maps are removed using this(A_Less Map Spawns Mod) mod. (so if you are not using more maps, you should probably disable the sandbox option to ban louisville maps)

I kept finding tons of maps in cars and all around so I got very angry because I hate reading and reading maps is kind of like reading, so I made this mod to reduce the amount of maps in the game. So there it is: find less vanilla maps, or in other words: lower map spawn chance.
