Unlocks black ark rite recruitment at t3 port

FEATURE
• Reduced bombardment cooldown
• Removed initial recharge - so pew pew from the beginning
• Added slave capacity and slave production
• Added movement speed range to bombardment building
• Added replenishment in foreign area

Hello, thank you for this mod!
Could you please make "Added replenishment in foreign area" work for armies within Black Ark dread expansion radius, especially when those armies are in water?
Currently only the Black Ark itself will replenish when in water, while the other nearby armies do not replenish at all.

this desperately needs an update, for some reason, when i recruit a black arc using this mod, it ruins my slave economy

the thing i hate the most about the black arks is their defense map is crap. No fortifications at all. Also why is it some high elfs can just leap into the nearest canoes on the shoreline and attack me with all their armies without the black ark blowing them out of the goddamn water.
