Ah yes, the Target Block from Splatoon 3.

So yeah, this is the target balloon from Splatoon 3, which I'm not really sure where it appears, Hero Mode maybe?
Again, I haven't played through it yet, pardon.

Well, they're ported from SFM workshop, which the guy who ported them released them separately.
