High influence traits for starting High Elf characters

Description
This is small mod to grant all high elf starting lords 60 influence traits and 40 influence traits for heroes. It also applies to characters rewarded from events.

I'm not the creator of the roginal mod and if he wants I'll retire mine as soon as his becomes available.

Guvenoren, yes this works for all characters. You probably already know it, but the way the game atributes the traits it's with a number that represents its likeliness and so this mods is just me telling the game that the high influce traits are much more likely than the others. There's no targetting specific characters which would be much harder, for example if you wanted Imrik's mage to always be Incendiary.

I checked and it seems to work. I've updated it in case it had something to do with it. Let me know if doesn't work for you and I'll redo it from scratch.

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean, all characters from the same influence tier have the same weighing, with the exception of entrepeneur and administrator archmages who only have a small lower chance of appearing. I didn't pick some 60 influence traits to make them more likely than others -with the exception of the two I mentioned- but in my experience the game has a tendency to keep spawning the same traits -or items- with mods or without them. If the lower chance for entrepeneurs and administrators is problematic I can change it, but I don't think it will make a noticeable difference.
