Description
Reuploading for preservation in anticipation of future takedown of the original mod, in accordance to and as per this message from Clair de Lune, the original uploader, with all credits maintained.

"All of my mods will be removed from Workshop soon, approximately by the end of 2022. Anyone is free to copy or fork them, and may continue updating or preserve the ones that belonged exclusively to me as they see fit. Please do not update or edit mods that are co-authored by others without their permission. Thank you for the support over the last five years. Moonlit Dungeon's various commissioned enemies were released as an asset pack on the Discord and are still available for any modder to utilize, including a number that were not released. Some of them made their way into other mods already, and I give permission for anyone to use them even if another person already has. Please credit the artists appropriately."

Please contact me if you change your mind, Clair, or would like this not to go up until it's actually taken down, or if I should make any changes to the description.
(Also please let me know if this doesn't work or something, that'd be embarrassing.)

This was the first content release for the seemingly canceled Moonlit Dungeon, containing 5 new enemies for the Ruins and a trinket drop for each. These enemies are fully integrated with their own mashes, and you can expect to see them in roughly 25% of battles. This version is for the base game and should be compatible with all other mods.

Details
------------------------------------------
This mod adds 5 new enemies - the Bone Banshee, the Animated Armor, the Mourning Seraph, the Golem, and the Bone Bishop - to the Ruins. These enemies have integrated mashes of their own, and will appear in roughly 25% of fights.

Bone Banshee:
  • Appears on all difficulty levels
  • All ranks (generally frontline)
  • Stress/Horror focus
  • Gradually increases her amount of Stress/Horror done
  • Kills herself when her HP gets low, inflicting an AOE Horror

Animated Armor:
  • Appears on all difficulty levels
  • Frontline
  • Permanent Riposte
  • Weak damage, but buffs damage every time it attacks

Mourning Seraph:
  • Veteran and Champion only
  • All ranks
  • 2 actions per round, attacks if ignored for too long
  • When hit, loses 1 action
  • Extremely high damage

Golem:
  • Veteran and Champion only
  • Size 2
  • All ranks (generally frontline)
  • Adapts weaponry depending on various factors, then attacks
  • Gains temporary PROT when hit, gains Reflection if shield is out

Bone Bishop:
  • Champion only
  • Size 2
  • All ranks
  • Gives a number of buffs and debuffs that target specific heroes and enemies
  • Steals life from your party to heal enemies

I see, thanks for the information

You can edit the mashes in the mod files out, might be as simple as deleting the apprentice mashes file wholly if I remember how it works.

Is there a way to edit so that it can only spawn in higher lvl dungeons?

Animated Armor's crit sound is way too dank. It blows up too much.

I'm making a class mod based on the Animated Armor and want to upload it to the workshop when it's finished. It seems that using part of the artwork and animation of the mod to make a new one is allowed by the author, right? Thanks a lot if so.

Animated Armor shouldn't spawn in low level dungeons. It's literally broken.

This is probably only monster mod that is playable on original hero settings radiant difficulty without overpowered hero modes for casuals. Monsters are strong but not overpowered and interesting to fight against.

This is legit the only monster mod that I could stand. I play on Bloodmoon and every other monster mod just adds some random ridiculous bloated HP enemy that is horribly unbalanced and clearly meant to be felled by some ridiculous mod class.

The enemies here however are actually bearable. There are some balancing problems still (the big armor guys a bit too strong, the horror women a little too easily disposed) but nothing that makes me incredibly frustrated enough to disable the mod (as I have with all other monster mods).

My only disappointment is that there isn't a mod like this for every region.

The artwork is really nice and I liked seeing some more variety in my runs but the enemies are OP as hell and will almost one shot you almost every time so I had to turn it off.
