Kairos: All 8 Winds of Magic (Immortal Empires Update)

Description
Kairos, Legendary Lord to the God of magic, should have access to all Magic.

This update is based off of previous mods of the same style, but has been updated to be playable with Immortal empires update.

Also as per popular request, I have created a similar mod for Teclis found in the link below:
