Description
A little patch for Azurlane portraits mod

This patch let ANY AI have CHANCE to use azurlane portraits
include Fallen Empire , Primitives, Other.....etc.

also you can create empire use azurlane portraits for AI
click empire spawning forced then you can play with them in game.

WARNING:
different AI have chance choose same portrait

Load order:
1.Azurlane portraits
2.This mod
(3.UI Overhaul Dynamic or other interface modified mod if you had it)
