So first thing :

Target Finder - You can set targets with that like just put maximum range to : 101089296384
- Minimum range to : 1
- Check if you want to target npc or players
- Also u need to check "Do not target owner"
- And "Do not target owner's stuff"
- Check off the "Target NPCs"

Features : "Name filter" - Is when u want to target someone only.
Thats all for target finder.

Next : Beacon Sensor - Can be wired to Target finder only.
- Check "Output Distance"
Thats all for Beacon Sensor

Next : Text Screen - You can type there. (Example : Hello!)
- So you need to type in "Default text" : Hello!
And thats all for Text Screen, you know "Text Size" is text size :D
"Text Colour" is colour for text :D

Next : Turret - So yea a lot of people dont really know what with this so here is it
- 1 you need to place turret somewhere.
- 2 you have 3 options : 1 Numpad Input, 2 button, 3 pod controller (place pod to car and wire it to the car)
- Once u choose ur option wire the turret for example to the button so like : Turret (Fire)
Button (Out)
For pod controller is the same
Numpad Input - first bind a key for example : U.
Then place it somewhere and wire it like with the button.
