Treasure Planet: Procyon Expanse Shipset

Description
Updated for 4.0 so they're classified as normal ships. New megastructure to come eventually.

The Procyon and Ironclad shipset is complete. This time in addition to models ported from Battle at Procyon, plus some new models, custom sounds, flags, and a couple extra Proc-specific sections have been added.

In addition, the textures have been tweaked to an all-blue aesthetic as opposed to green and blue. I might reverse this in the future, but we'll see.

The shipset:
Science Ship: Bermuda Sloop (Model by Torrrington)
Construction Ship: Modified variant of the dark matter transport barge.
Transport: Tender
Colony Ship: Custom Merchantship (Model by Mugsy)

Missile Corvette: Submersible
Interceptor Corvette: Sloop
Gunboat Corvette (new): Gunboat

Gunship Destroyer: Destroyer
PD Destroyer: Assault Cutter (Model by Torrrington)
Artillery Destroyer: Cutter

Broadside Cruiser: Corvette (Model by Torrrington)
Missile Cruiser: Frigate
Hangar Cruiser: Minelayer
Artillery Cruiser: Cruiser

Spinal Mount Battleship: Ice Fist
All other battleships: Man-of-War

Default Titan: Flagship (Model by Torrrington)
Alt Titan: Dreadnought

Juggernaut: Mobile Shipyard (Model by Mugsy)

Defense Platforms: Modified weapon barge
Ion Cannon: Defense Monitor (Model by Torrrington)

While the Starbase and Strategic Coordination Center are based on Starkeeps Cerberus and Fenris respectively, the rest of the towns and megastructures are recycled from the Terran shipset, albeit with snow.

Future plans:
-Custom habitat and megastructure models
-Civilian replacer/possible shipset

As of the last update (4.0.2) this mod starts in the biological area of the shipsets (new split - mechanical (requires alloys for upkeep) biological (requires food). Thought you should know. :SILLYFOX: Also this mod still works with the exceptions noted.

I dont care if the assets are taken from another game, that game is a positive part of my childhood, thank you for the work, this gives me a dive deep in time when i first found Treasure Planet: Battle at Procyon in my nestle cereal box

As a side note it's amazing how you miss some of the little details of a game when you played through it as a kid. It's such a pity that Disney didn't put more effort marketing the game, I only discovered it when I came across a used copy at a Gamestop about a year, maybe a year and a half after the game's release. Treasure Planet Battle at Procyon was one of the few GOOD and ENJOYABLE movie tie-in games from that era of garbage, I really wish they had made a expansion or sequel...

Dang, I really should've noticed that you were listed as the creator on the moddb page. Good to hear! I'm loving all the added models and especially the fleshed out pirates! I'm currently working my way through the campaign using the EF Modpack and enjoying it!

I'm still planning on doing the pirates one of these days when I get back into Stellaris modding. Consulting the EF modding team should be easy since I'm the one in charge of it. Don't worry, I have full intention of making the Pirate Windjammer the Juggernaut.

Hey if you are still planning on converting the Pirates from Battle at Procyon you might want to get in touch with the guys who make the EF Modpack. I was messing around in the "Firing Range" checking out all the added ships for the factions and that modpack has the PERFECT model for a Juggernaut!! it even had the "tender" functionality so it was quite literally a mobile base/shipyard/fortress!!

This is one of the most highly detailed ship packs out there. I am shitting myself. You madlad amde custom models for most/all of the megastructures and used the gateways from the movie?????? Love u
