[ArcCW] CS:GO StatTrak™ & Titanfall Pro Screen

Description
Working CS:GO StatTrak™ & Titanfall Pro Screen for ArcCW weapons.
Dynamically tracks kills of NPC's and Players but not all Nextbots. Works with Zeta NPC's if you go into General Zeta Settings and enable 'Call ONNPCKilled Hook on death'. All kill counters can be toggled between a 'Global' and 'Local' tracking system. This setting determines if you want it to track kills for that session/map (Locally), or if you want it to track kills across sessions/maps (Globally). Can only be used with weapons that have a charm slot.
