-5 New Medicines For Tribals
-7 New Medicines For Industrials
-8 New Medicines For Spacers
-13 New Medical Type Drugs
-2 New Social Type Drugs
-4 New Hard Type Drugs

You get the rose petals from the rose plants. I cant reproduce your problem.

Yes it is intentional. Their plants level is too low.

I've noticed the agrihands can't sow the crimson bulbs, is this intentional?

@sans can confirm that addictol does work. It speeds up withdrawal

Can confirm that hydra is working, it takes about 15 in game days. Updated the mod for 1.6
