Mechs Don't Create Wastepacks! (Biotech)

Pollution is a really cool mechanic, and I'm glad it's in Biotech. However, I personally find storing and managing toxic wastepacks to be far more tedious than fun.

This super light-weight mod sets all mechs to produce 0 wastepacks. You can still get wastepacks from quests and pollution pumps and stuff.

It's an XML patch, so it should be compatible with most everything. It works on existing saves.
