Cruise Control
Keep any vehicle at 30mph or over for 5 or more minutes.

Ok so this is not a hard achievement at all, but may you have to try it some times. Some tips are try not to go to fast or to slow, the first thing you should when get on car is set the speed limit, even though some times you need to reduce a bit won't affect you. Horn can also help you to move cars away from you.
