Simple Armor Buff

Description
This mod buff every useless armor slightly, add some blunt and flame/toxic protection to every power armor, nothing too crazy. I mostly like vanilla armor, but always use only flak vests, marine armors and cataphracts, so I decided to change it.

Flak jacket and pants
• 40% => 70% Sharp (Now it's better than simple duster, lol)

Recon/Locust
• 92% => 100% Sharp (Power armor should not be worse than flack vest)
• Move speed buff +0.65 (Now it's really recon, not just armor for loosers)
• -35% flammability (Help against flame centipedes, don't catch flame all the time)
• For locust increased jump range from 23.9 to 30.9
• Helmet toxic enviroment resistance +50%

Marine/Grenadier
• 106% => 115% Sharp (Now excellent marine armor have 145% sharp and will always prevent penetration of charge lance shot with 45% armor penetration)
• 45% => 70% Blunt (Now it's not so easy to beat marine in power armor with fists)
• Move speed penalty -0.4 => +0.1
• -70% flammability
• Increased grenade range from 12.9 to 30.9, perfect accuracy, x2 grenade speed
• Helmet toxic enviroment resistance +85%

Cataphract
• 120% => 135% Sharp
• 50% => 80% Blunt
• Move speed penalty -0.8 => -0.4
• -85% flammability
• Helmet toxic enviroment resistance +100%
• Hit points 400 => 800, armor will deteriorate slower

Phoenix
• -100% flammability (up from -97%)
• Increased grenade range from 12.9 to 30.9, perfect accuracy, x2 grenade speed

Plate armor
• 73% => 90% Sharp armor factor (Uranium plate now has 100% Sharp, it's like poor man's recon armor, very slow recon armor)

Flak helmet
• 70% => 90% Sharp armor factor (Uranium helmet now has 100% Sharp, masterwork has 145% sharp armor and will always prevent penetration of charge lance shot)

Simple helmet
• 50% => 75% Sharp armor factor (Better then nothing, but not reliable)

Mod can be enabled/disabled any time without problems, it just patch some defs numbers.
Compatible with any mods.

Fixed for 1.6 so all power armor now retains its original vacuum resistance. Now it should be compatibale with every future update, patches don't replace stats, but rather add new or update existing values.

I tested it and yes it covers them too. I noticed something tho, the GunLink is getting affected by the Recon Helmet buff, and it makes it quite op ngl. I modified it myself to revert the changes (Move speed and toxic resist), but judging by the xml this wasnt intended, right?

It seems the mod works fine even without the DLCs. I just get a bunch of errors on startup about the inability to patch DLC armors, but otherwise works fine.
