Report a translation problem
If by "they conflict" you mean that you're playing a large mod on the workshop by a completely different author and this mod's characters don't show up for your MODDED faction to recruit (which I assume you're saying), then this is by design. All mods are supposed to work with VANILLA. No mod can support all other mods existing on the planet (naturally). That's how mods work. Not a bug brother, and pretty rude towards the modders <3
You will also not have quest battles with Yin (at least I don't think) or have access to regular CTH ROR troops, to name 2 of 50 possible examples.

By the way,it would be better if the heroes have mounts.
