Main Menu Tweaks

Adds two new buttons to the main menu, while keeping the look and feel of the original menu:
- Open Server Browser
- Open Console

The "open console" button is located in the extras submenu.

I am aware that there are multiple addons that do the same already, but they either change too much the menu or are broken since TLS update, so I decided to do one myself.

If you wish to have this menu instantly loaded when you boot up the game, move this addon file to the addons folder in your computer.
