Kalashnikov AKS-74U from Payday 2

The Soviet AKS-74U (S means "folding", U means "shortened") has a side-folding stock which, to be honest, makes the gun much thicker when it's folded. It fills a rather weird niche, having a pathetic effective range for an assault rifle while being arguably too large and powerful for a tank crew's PDW. It perhaps is most useful in counter-terrorist CQB scenarios.


After a month of bravely avoiding mobilization, I'm back to modding. Am I here to stay? Time will tell. Ukraine has recently deleted an entire battalion of "mobiks" (~500 souls) that were explicitly told by their superiors that they're merely cannon fodder and sent off to dig trenches with grenades. Women are told to give birth to more men so they don't feel as sad losing them in this war. The UN council has to deal with Russia's reports of weaponized mosquitoes (!) being deployed by Ukraine. The TV keeps calling to erase the entire nation because they worship Satan/Lucifer/iblis. Elon Musk bought Twitter and fired half of the employees. Meanwhile a sailor that sunk with the Moskva (he is dead) recieved a draft notice, to "charge again, die again". Man, how goofy is this? Silly politics, right?

Modern Warfare II (2022), legally distinct from/not to be confused with Modern Warfare 2 (2009), is out everywhere but Russia, and while it looks like a MW19 1.5 for the most part, they made some sexy looking AK variants that are not even too cursed! And they have that fancy "Iraqi style reload technique" thingy going on. So I quickly conjured up a mod using a model I've worked with before and animations I've worked with before. And it replaces the M16 slot so you can use in with the actual MW22 AK-103 out there, and also because it fires smaller bullets and has a faster rate of fire. Skin 2 is a gold plated abomination, and Skin 3 has some Zenitco furniture. I've used up the 32 material limit so at least I have a technical excuse for not including a flashlight attachment this time. Enjoy, have fun, stay safe.
