There five class hero in this game, count the 4 tier, let's say 3 tier since some is hide in dlc pay mode , there plenty of content like the weapons and craft system and cosmetic system of it's combine together are the joy of this game.

however there are some of the class had much batter maneuver and damage output since the basic setting and build.

sure some skill like cloak or stun look fancy but think about it, a dead enemy is batter than little stun to them, those useful skill no only easy to use and also apply Aoe skill damage to clear out the swarm of enemy horde.

recommend the hero and tier below as begin.
elf tier 1: shot volley, really easy to use and powerful.
mage tier 1 : teleport and deal Aoe damage.
mage tier 2 : send out a flame chain thought the enemy.
Bounty hunter : powerful shotgun, could easy take down the mini-boss

let's not say other class not good, just say it "more effect" in overall of the game play, playing a few rounds then you may found those "non damage output spell" work which like the cloak and stagger spell.

I didn't bought the dlc so I comment on main game character only
hunter tier1: sure is the first character you played with but he also own the best Aoe skill in hand, which stun enemy and gain a shield for teammates, he also critical 5% more than other class.
Drawf tier 2: really tanky and capable of absorb damage, which ideal to fight for beginner to expert player.
elf tier 1: the best ranger no deal, could deal both melee and ranger effect, the skill could one shot almost anything.
witch tier 2: the bounty hunter are kick like a horse, could tear out the boss skin like nothing, he could also battle both range and melee like elf tier 1, both class own many similarity.
Mage tier 2: could launch a bolt of flame from her wand, it's spared out in enemy so it's quite a effective way to clear out he swarm, other like 10% buff to range damage.

in this game some of the weapon are much efficiency than other, most of the reason are low fire rate, low damage or low recharge back rate(like most weapons from the witch class.)

to be honest the weapon kind of mess out for this game, like the white weapon could out win the purple later weapon is way beyond my imagine, I can't count how many weapons I salvage the "elite" due to the low stat of the weapons.

sword & shield: 5 points of block points, really powerful and easy to used in every aspect.

dual blade: believe or not, with 4 points of block points are actually quite a strong melee thought, which made me question some 2 points block weapon it's value.

1/49 bow: the stat show 1/49 numbers but in game you had it 1/99, it kind of weird but this cause the bow from the elf became really powerful class against the boss and mini-boss in the game.

Repeater handgun: 8 rounds gun, could spin out by right click to instantly launch out all your clip in one shot, when load it up it could easy take down any enemy especially the mini-boss.

dual pistol: don't got confused to it's name, it's a hand cannon that shot out spared bullet, with higher 12 magazines of it, it's could tear out the front lane, plus this weapons look really fancy when using it.

bolt staff: if you wanna know it's full name is"sputtering bolt staff", to make it short this is a automatic machine gun with mage version, it's could firing at ridiculous fire rate, it's still gonna self-explosive but overall this weapon server quiet well.

never face the Boss alone not matter how confront you are, four are batter than one.

static potion are key point to defeat the Boss so it's batter to save it till Boss appear.

top up your hp if possible or capable of your heal pack or heal potion numbers in hand, since it batter safe than sorry.

you still could shove when holding the mission item it's would help in certain situation.

Bot won't use the grenade or static potion, used it all as you found it many and there rest teammates were Bot.

there many trance or effect direct came from Left 4 dead one and two, tried listen close when adventure this game.

1. played the game in and unlock the class(easy)
2. after step 1, open those box which you save for.
3.salvage item which not 100 power (color don't matter much)
4. with your earn the 100 power equipment, now you could enhance the difficult to grind for box(veteran, champion)
5. you found near 300 points equipment congratulation.
6. ahh maybe grind for few round more?
7. ok dude you really need to do something else.
