Dragon's Stuffed Floors Retexture

Description

"Features"
This mod contains retextures for all floors added by Fluffy's Stuffed Floors or Stuffed Floors.. All textures were hand painted from scratch, using references to the original textures in order to stay faithful to the original designs. A few tweaks have been made to how some patterns "tile", and some have been re-envisioned entirely. The retexture also makes better use of the full texture surface, with better texture variation over larger areas. The retextures are made to be closer to the vanilla Rimworld style, but also suited for more painterly style terrain textures. All textures are 1024x1024 resolution.

Consider checking out the "standalone" version Dragon's Stuffed Floors, which also allows you to disable individual floor tiles, and includes even more floor variants.

Why did I make this?
I have been using the Stuffed Floors mod since it came out, but was always bothered by how low quality the textures were, and how inconsistent in style as well. They weren't made to take full advantage of color mapping either. For me, this meant that I would always stick to using only a few of the available floor types, which was kinda wasteful given how you are forced to having them included. Therefor I wanted to take a crack at revising them.

What this does not do
No changes were made to the floors "stats", this mod only overrides the visual graphic.

@Andreas, possibly. I have not played Rimworld in a while, and it depends on Stuffed Floors.

I see there is a community update though, but I would have to do some testing to guarantee anything. I have quite a few side-projects on my hands rn, but if there is an interest in this mod being updated, I may look at it.

@《ELIF_》 The original intent was to make my own original floor mod that utilizes Fluffy's Stuffed Floors, but I came to the conclusion that I would first focus on revamping the default textures included, as you kinda get forced to also get a lot of floor bloat.

I would also originally rely on a separate mod that removes said floors, so that I would only have the floors added by myself.

Regardless, I would still want to utilize the Stuffed Floors mod, so when it comes to this retexture mod, it does not make any sense to make a standalone version. It would require a lot of ekstra work to set up the defs, instead of using that time to simply make my own floors mod.

If and when I decide to make my own floors mod, I will likely include some settings to disable any floor tiles you would not want in your game, and possibly include my own take on the floors from this retexture mod too.
