Amalgamation: Burner Secondary Specialization

Description
This mod adds a new (and fairly rare) secondary Amalgamation specialization that focuses on the lighter primary firearms, as well as the gauntlet's flame capabilities.

What is it?
After an update to the Alpha115's Rocketeer class added a brand new second class (the Burner), a matching spec was just a matter of time. A hybrid specialization with perks for both the gauntlet side of things and general gunplay, any class that takes on the Burner's abilities will see a solid boost in performance across the board.

How does it play?
Owing to the Burner's unique starting perk, specific lighter firearms (primary pistols, SMGs, bullpups and vektor rifles) see an immediate upgrade in damage output, being more likely to land critical hits. Pair this with a minor mobility boost as well, and they will happily close in on enemies for a quick tackle or blitz and then return to a safe position.

On the fire side of things, a set of suitably-spicy abilities bolsters the gauntlet flamethrower's damage and utility, as well as rounding out the character's general defenses.

How balanced is it?
It's pretty spicy, but a combination of delayed growths and fairly rigid early decks should hopefully tame it down a bit. Balance will vary depending on which of the original class's perks are rolled anyways, there's a lot of options!

Thank you @XpanD. Let's try it. Time for a new game! Only 8111.6 hours played :). The mods make this game so re-playable, amazing.

Big update! Shuffled the decks, blocked and allowed a few specs (that's what a year of Amalgamation releases will do), added a GTS unlock blocker like in the recent Rocketeer update and just generally made it flow a bit better.

Note that due to recent updates in the base class mod, rifles no longer get the crit% and mobility bonus. The specs are still allowed (would break a ton of classes otherwise), but will have to do without the starting buffs. (still plenty viable with all the shooting perks, though!)

Heads up: Got a rarity pass for a bunch of my specs coming up at some point in the next week. The huge influx of new/changed specs over the past year or so has been great, but has also thrown a lot of older specs out of whack.

These changes are likely going to break some classes in ongoing campaigns, sorry! If you notice any characters that did lose their class, use my Console Helper's RandomizeClass command with one or more old specs, or (temporarily) remove the new exclusions in the matching spec's XComAmalgamation.ini file. (they'll be clearly marked as being new)
