To start off, most if not all the contents of the mod has already been translated to English with some slight inaccuracy but, nevertheless—most of it is already in English.
Untop of this, the mods features are 90% reliant on the "Eminence in Shadow" origin, which the mod adds. To my knowledge the mod doesn't offer anything outside of the origin. I'd like request that you add the mod into the mod playset and then start up the specified playset.
After you've started up the game with the playset loaded in, you will find the the modded origin, inside of your empire creation menu, much like any other origin it will be inside of the "Origin" tab.
