Tamed Thalamus but its in english

Description
This is a english version of another persons mod because I can't be bothered to learn how to type spaghetti.

All items start with "Tamed"

Flesh spike hurts your own ship if its placed too close, regardless of state.
Cells attack if you attack first.
Flesh spike is also just in general really buggy and not recommended. Congrats if you can make it work tho.
