Dassault Rafale C - 1:1 (HOTAS)

NOTE - This vehicle is in continuous development. Systems and engines may be upgraded. I will post all updates and changes to the description


The Dassault Rafale C is a land based single seat omnirole fighter for the French Air Force. This recreation is true 1:1 and has a realistic yet simplified cockpit for the user. There are many hardpoint options available to you and more shall come (in due time :) )

This recreation is HOTAS compatable and can be used with any basic flight control yolk.

How to fly:
Ensure your engine system switches (lower left) are on, and press the compressors. The throttle is an RPS setting and the engine perfectly matches said rps. Make sure cockpit systems are turned on and your brakes are disengaged before taking off at a minimum 130 knots. The true stall speed of this plane is around 60 knots, but I don't recommend you try it.

Cruise throttle is at around 12 RPS, maximum throttle is 42RPS. Use you up/down axis to increase and decrease your thrust, which will be displayed on your HUD. Otherwise, there's not much to say about flying, just don't crash.

To select weapons, use the arrows on the left screen or your [3] and [4] keys to select a hardpoint type. The Rafale C has a built in autocannon with 100 rounds. When firing the cannon, ammunition will be displayed on your HUD.

If in missile based combat I recommend you enable Automatic Countermeasures (lower right). This will fire chaff when you are locked by radar.

Look at the units on the HUD to see what they are (Airspeed in Knots and Altitude in FT)

All features are subject to change (and will continuously be developed by myself and maybe others) If you have ideas for weapons etc, please comment! :)
