Whats the point of taking a scenario from the workshop?
Maybe you wanna edit it, Or claim it as your own. I really dont care tbh.
Finding the scenario you want to yoink
Step 1. Go the workshop

Step 2. Go to The Arma 3 Workshop

Step 3. Search whatever scenario you want to steal

In my case is searched Antistasi

Step 4. Download the mission and load it ingame atleast once

Subscribing will auto download it then all you have to do is run the scenario to load the files

Borrowing the scenario files
Once you have ran the scenario atleast once a PBO will be generated in your documents section.

The location will be Documents\Arma 3 Other profiles\YOUR PROFILE\saved\steamMPMissions\

However where it says YOUR PROFILE will be different with everyone.

So if my ingame name is viper it will be:
Documents\Arma 3 Other profiles\viper\saved\steamMPMissions\

However if you have the same profile from when you first bought the game the path will be this
Documents\Arma 3\saved\steamMPMissions\

Once you are in the directory find the folder named after your scenario.

Inside of the folder should a .PBO file.

For this section you will need PBO Extractor[silentwisher.com]

Right click on the PBO and under PBO Manager click extract to mission\

Then a folder named mission should generate.

You now need to take the name of the folder that HOLDS the PBO and name the mission folder it.

Both need to be matching to the letter.

[Optional] Editing the files
Go into the newly extracted folder and touch whatever you would like, There are many tutorials on how to edit x thing in arma so i wont be going into depth.
How to upload to a dedicated server
Now you need to repack the folder into a PBO.

It should generate a 2nd PBO with the new name

You need to now, Depending on your server provider, Upload the PBO to your MPMissions folder within the server.

Once it's uploaded go back to the files and copy the name of the folder once more, then once again depending on your server provider, Navigate to the server.cfg and locate the class missions section.

Should look something like this:

Just replace whatever is in template= Section with what the name of folder is then start your server and then BAM should work.

If this doesnt help or solve an issue you have leave a comment and i'll help when i get a chance
