AM's Chicago Bungalows

This pack contains three low residential assets. I tried to capture the variations of Chicago-styled bungalows you might find across Mid-western USA. If you like my assets, feel free to rate it up or leave a comment; I plan on doing some Milwaukee-styled bungalows next so it'd help me know if I should put them on the workshop as well. If there was a particular variation of the Chicago bungalow you'd like to see, leave a comment as well. I might be inspired.

Texture: 1024 x 1024 d/s/n/a/i/c MAIN || 256 x 256 d/s/n/a/i/c LOD. All the assets share textures so you can use LSM to cut down RAM usage. The assets also have 4 color variations.

• Bungalow 1 (L1): Tris - 2396 MAIN || 430 LOD
  
• Bungalow 2 (L2): Tris - 2567 MAIN || 423 LOD
  
• Bungalow 3 (L3): Tris - 4206 MAIN || 556 LOD

First off, these are my first crack at complex assets so it was learning experience. I feel the tris are a tad higher than they could be but I've been fussing over these assets for such a long time I just had to release them.

The decorations in the pictures are a mixture of vanilla assets, and assets that can be found in the Prop Collection for this series. None of these are mandatory and asset should work just fine without them.

The required items are also technically not required, but the asset will look bad in my opinion without them. Additionally, I added parking markers underneath the garages, so if you choose not to subscribe to the garages I recommend using BOB to get rid of the markers. If you're subscribed to Ploppable Asphalt + [Loading time Fix] you do not need to enable the regular Ploppable Asphalt +.
