Harto de esa niebla del demonio producto de ese mal port que impide que se vea como la versión de PS2 y parezca que estas jugando a un Silent Hill? Acá tengo tu solución, y una sencilla!

1_ Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es descargar este archivo, sin miedo que no muerde:
No Fog Mod[mega.nz]

2_ Descomprimimos, y la carpeta "data_dx" la copiamos y pegamos en donde tengamos ubicado nuestro juego (si no sabes donde, vas a la biblioteca de Steam, click derecho al juego, propiedades, archivos locales y ubicación de la instalacion), dar a reemplazar a todo lo que te pregunte

thanks! this really should be in the actual game but sadly this is kind of a mess on PC lol, thanks for the mod though!
