Description
I do like Queek's voice acting. Just the right mixture of 'having a nervous breakdown' and 'about to break down your nervous system via a warpick'. Fitting for a character who is absolutely bonkers in the most dangerous way. Perhaps there's something in the Skaven mindset that makes extreme loyalty completely antithetical to the point where it triggers delusions.

Anyway, four skills for the Great Warlord of the Pillar-City
Spoils of Mors boosts Leadership, armour and weapon damage for the more worthwhile infantry units
Suspicious Loyalty lets you recruit at higher ranks, and boosts leadership - that's 16 leadership off those two skills, who says Skaven are cowardly?
Pillar City Veterans grants Stormvermin Frenzy and more melee attack
Tricks of the Under-Wars encourages you to use something other than Stormvermin by boosting weapon teams and lower-tier Moulder units

Pillar City Veterans isn't that useless though you still get +8 melee attack.

Stormvermin already get frenzy when Queek conquers Karak 8-Peaks. This makes "Pillar City Veterans" rather useless after the first 20 or so turns.
