Game don't allow manual save, it makes it automaticaly. In saves location you can find folders named 1 to 90 and 3 separate files. This 3 files is actual savegame. If you need save actual position on game, copy this three files and paste maybe on desktop.

Reload save from certain position: Open for example folder 71, copy all three files from it and paste it to parent folder:

2. Story achievements are not missable
3. Some of achievements are making at more places in game. If you miss one, you dont get achievement.
