IMPORTANT:
Hotel Magnate Workshop mods often contain a lot of pieces. You may not want to change the colors if that is the case. Item spawn may be a little below the ground (not much). You will need to use the arrows to move the item in place.
Also when placing freeformed objects that may contain a lot of pieces and a lot of hidden pieces, you may see some longer "calculating" times , but dont worry. It will stop eventually. The more pieces it has to calculate the longer it will take. This is totally normal.
