For even more broken chaos could it also have halloween spells or mannpower powerups?

Played it on shounic's server, was a ton of chaotic fun - only issue was that Medic almost never ends up getting any credits and as a result stays base level the entire game. Perhaps giving credits upon assist or a certain amount of healing would solve this issue?
