Lichdom: Battlemage is a game about collecting loot from slain enemies and throughout the game world. This loot allows you to improve your spells and retain your advantage over foes who are constantly increasing in strength and numbers. Synthesis is a system by which you can tailor your loot items to suit your needs. Items can be upgraded. Spells can be deconstructed to salvage their components, and unwanted items can be Reforged to declutter your inventory and give you a chance at new, legendary items. We’ve put together a brief guide that explains Synthesis.
