Hello all.

This guide will cover all 4 Achievements for the game in 3 sections. 3 of the achievements are directly connected to reaching one of the three endings of the game. Be it bad or good.


There is also a "secret" achievement called Something Left Behind that is tied to the True Ending of the game and must be achieved during the course of that playthrough, prior to exiting the house. If you leave, you'll have to replay in order to get thiachievement.

Let's get started.

NOTE: 1 of 2 "Bad" Endings to the game. Il's Ending requires only a few steps to complete.

1. Head to the 2nd Door in the Basement. The Laundry Room. Take the cloth from the dryer and wet it in the sink.
2. Return to the baby and bathe it.
3. Head upstairs. Go through the intersecting hallway as well as through the Living/Dining Room. Enter the door to the far right. The Kitchen. Open the refrigerator and take the meat.
4. Return to the Basement and feed the baby with the meat.
5. Head back upstairs for the second time. Return to the Kitchen. Approach the meat cleaver and cutting board. Remove your arm. Take your severed arm.
6. Return to the Basement and feed the baby your severed arm. Once you've regained consciousness, head upstairs for the third and final time.

NOTE: 2 of 2 "Bad" Endings to the game. Elle's Ending only requires a few steps, just a few different than the previous section's.

1. Head to the 2nd Door in the Basement. The Laundry Room. Retrieve the cloth from the dryer and wet it in the sink.
2. Bathe the baby.
3. Head up to the Kitchen. Take the meat from the refrigerator.
4. Return to the Basement. Feed the baby the meat.
5. Return to the Kitchen. Take the knife from the sink. Sever your arm with the meat cleaver, but there is no need to take it with you this time.
6. Go back to the Basement and kill the baby with the knife. Head upstairs after you've awakened.

NOTE 1: The True Ending will utilize a much more in-depth exploration of the house as well as finding several more items. I want this to be comprehensive, but also as precise as possible with as few return trips as possible to each room that is used. It's been optimized with all that in mind.

NOTE 2: We'll be encountering Keys as items in this playthrough. Keys do not add themselves to your visible inventory. When you reach the item or door they unlock, the option to "unlock" will be displayed for you.

1. You can ignore the Laundry Room completely for now. Head upstairs to the 1st Floor and go to the Kitchen. Grab the knife from the sink. Ignore the refrigerator; it's entirely unnecessary for this playthrough.
2. Go to the 2nd Floor. Once you reach the landing ignore the lone door and turn to your right.
Go down the hallway, ignoring all 3 doors here as well; for now. Go to the window at the end of the hallway and take the key on the windowsill.
3. Return to the Basement. Kill the baby with the knife and take the umbilical cord. Use the key on the toolbox and take the crowbar.
4. Return to the Kitchen. Use the umbilical cord on the blender. Drink the red liquid. (Take note of the marking on the wall behind you.)
5. Return to the 2nd Floor. On the landing will be "1st Eye". Take it. Now go to the 2nd Door in the Hallway. I refer to this as The Office. Ignore the laptop, but open the stuck drawer with the crowbar and take the key from inside.
6. Leave the room, turn to your right. (Take note of the red mass hanging from the ceiling.) Unlock and open the door next to the window you took the toolbox key from. Take the red bucket from The Closet.
Squeeze through the hole. Once inside, take the "2nd Eye".
7. Exit the Closet and go back down the Hallway. Go to the lone door on the landing that we ignored before. I call this the Wardrobe Room. Ignore it for now. Just head forward.
Go through to the next door to the Master Bathroom. Attempt to open the glass shower door and witness a long arm steal the "3rd Eye". Open the shower door and take the bottle of lye.
8. Return to the Basement. Go to the Laundry Room. Mix the lye with the water in the sink. Fill the red bucket with the mixture.
9. Return to the 2nd Floor. Go to red mass just outside the Closet. Use the red bucket on the red mass. Retrieve the hammer that falls.
10. Return to the Wardrobe Room at the top of the stairs. Use the hammer to remove the nails from the back of the wardrobe. Take the key from the wardrobe.
11. Return to the Basement. Go to the first door and unlock it. Take the ladder you find within.
12. Go the 2nd Floor. Return to the Attic Access Door near the Closet. Climb up to enter the Attic.
13. Take the "3rd Eye" on the floor. (Take note that the creature will be in the Attic, but it will not attack you if/when seen.) Leave the Attic.
14. Go to the 1st Door in the Hallway that we ignored before, one of the house's Bathrooms. Place All 3 Eyes on the sink here. Change Eyes.
15. Return to the Basement. There will be a gaping hole instead of a floor. Drop down and head through the tunnel until you reach the room. Crush the pig with the hammer.
16. You will wake up in the Basement. Worry not, the floor has returned. Head to the 1st Floor. The Front Door is now open. DO NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE YET.
17. Go to the 2nd Floor. Climb the ladder to the Attic. Go to the far end of the Attic and read the note on the floor.
Reading this note will award you with the Something Left Behind Achievement.
Leave the Attic, leave the 2nd Floor, and exit the house. You will achieve the True Ending Achievement.
