Finished the entire No Russian pack. Civilians are next but will be separated.

This pack includes:
Russian FSB
Russian Secret Service/Airport Security/Police
Makarov
Kiril
Lev
Viktor
Anatoly

All player models, and friendly/hostile NPCs with VGUI spawn icons.

All models have bodygroups, c_hands, finger posing, eye posing, and HL2 face posing.
