step 1 - progress far enough in any line of production to where you have an industry producing scientists

step 2 - when the industry is ready, click the button that allows you to collect the scientists, wait 1 second, and quit the game by pressing the 'escape' key when the button to collect scientists goes away so it saves right before the input for the timer to reset kicks in.

step 3 - relaunch the game, and go back to step two, because if you did it right, you can simply click on the pop, again!

simples! :D

I actually didn't know that since by the time I found this technique I was already endgame :skull:

ok so actually be careful overusing this method, saving the game to cloud and loading it again over and over slowly builds up memory, you might wanna occasionally check how much memory steam's using on task manager and close it and reopen

thank you so much this'll cut my current habitual addiction to the game into like a third of the time it would've wasted
