Get ready for the hardest achievement ever! xd

1. Get the Luxury DLC.
2. Go to "Map Of Jobs" on your computer.
3. Go to "Luxury Flipper".
4. Start the mission called "Family Values". (If it doesn't show up instantly play the other levels. It will appear eventually.)
5. Go to the back of the house and walk straight into the waterfall.
6. Pick up the peacock statue.
7. Have fun with your new achievement!

What an absolute challenge am I right? :P

The item is available in the in game shop for only $22 how is this a special family heirloom? If you finished the job without getting into the area, restart, get to it, then exit without saving to cancel out of it provided that you got the achievement this way you don't have to redo the whole job.

No need to return to the office. Some rocks around the entrace form stairs you can use to jump back up

Okay, found the peacock statue and got the achievement....but how do I get out of the secret room area? Return to the office?

I found him! You go down into the waterfall and go into the water stream, there is a hidden cave in which, to the left of the entrance, there is a shelf with a statue at the very top.

Can you provide more precise coordinates or attach a screenshot? In the waterfall there are only stones and water smoke.

It's on top of a shelf right behind the waterfall, to the left if u enter. You cannot miss it and if it doesn't work instantly it's probably bugged. :(
